Our regional fleet is designed for drivers to get home every week. We have very solid and dedicated customers in the upper Midwest, and this is the fleet that handles the majority of those loads. Drivers are assigned trucks with Sleepers and all of the amenities to provide as much comfort as possible while being out for the week. Drivers are paid by the mile and qualify for incentives based on the amount of miles they run. We also have a weekend warrior package that automatically pays the maximum available incentives automatically. Drivers are also eligible for Health, Life, Vision, and dental insurance, vacation time and paid holidays as well as our 401k.
