Our Flex Fleet is for drivers who like to have some changes from the normal day to day. These are hourly paid positions. The majority of the time, these drivers run within a 200 mile radius assisting our with our local freight. A couple times a week they may run out for an overnight run of up to a 350 mile radius, requiring them to be out overnight. We make sure the driver is aware of what is coming up so they can be prepared. These drivers are assigned sleeper cab trucks and are eligible for our benefits package including Health, Life, Vision and Dental Insurance as well as our 401k, vacation time and Holiday Pay.
